KAY Adams and Shams Charania are known for their infectious on-screen chemistry.
And Adams has given a glowing tribute to the NBA insider, who is a regular guest on her FanDuel show Up and Adams, by saying he inspires her.
"Shams, you know, he covers a sport that I'm not super deep into and delve into in basketball," Adams told The U.S. Sun.
"But he is my family over at FanDuel and we've had a really great time together.
"He's an amazing teammate, very supportive.
"He is one of my coworkers that I would say he has a very, you know, 'You win, I win, we win, you win,' sort of mentality which I really respect.
"I think we get along really well because we both want to be great at what we do.
"And he pushes me and inspires me as far as his work ethic. And I can't say that about many people."
Adams memorably stole Charania's phone during a live broadcast last summer.
In an interview with GQ, she revealed she was amazed by his shocked reaction.
She said that Charania looked like he was going to have a meltdown as the ex-GFMB star swiped his cell phone from the desk.
Charania also gave Adams a surprise Christmas present on her show last December.
"It's Christmas time right now, you're from Chicago, it's the Windy City, you know how I feel about you and your show and all your success," he said.
Adams will be continuing her work with FanDuel this summer by attending the Kentucky Derby once again.
"We have the 150th Kentucky derby, which is big for FanDuel," she said of her summer plans.
"So that'll be my second trip to Kentucky.
"I can't wait for that and all the celebrations that will come with that.
"And then, you know, the NFL keeps you busy. It's always something."
Adams will be in Las Vegas for Super Bowl LVIII with her show Up and Adams, as well as the second annual P&G Battle of the Paddles.
She will be hosting the table tennis tournament featuring eight elite NFL players in Vegas, which will be streamed on Overtime SZN's YouTube channel beginning at 8 pm ET on February 7.
"It is a table tennis tournament with some of the best in the game," Adams said.
"I'm talking about Trevor Lawrence, Saquan Barkley, Trent Taylor who won the thing last year – he is back defending his crown – and Jamal Williams.
"It's going to be very, very high stakes because bragging rights matter."
Adams says table tennis games in NFL locker rooms are a big deal amongst teams.
"I know that these dudes play table tennis all day long in preseason and off season at each other's houses," she added.
"I've never heard of a locker room that didn't at one point in the calendar year have a table tennis table in their locker room, whether there's tournaments and downtime or it's raining.
"There's a lot of camaraderie."
P&G is the sponsor of the NFL's Official Locker Room Products, including Gillette, Head & Shoulders, Old Spice, and Tide.
