It is that time of the year again, meaning it is time for the League of Legends World Championship 2022 to commence. This is when the best LoL players in the world come together to find out who is the best at the game. Here are the results, scores, and standings for every stage of the League of Legends Worlds 2022 tournament.

LoL Worlds 2022 Play-In Round 1 Results

The Worlds 2022 Play-In Round 1 runs from 29th September to 2nd October and features two groups of 12 teams playing in a single round-robin format.

All Play-In: Round 1 matches are played as a BO1, with the teams placing 1st in each group advancing to the Group Stage; teams placing 2nd, 3rd, and 4th advance to Play-In: Round 2. The remaining teams are eliminated.

LoL Worlds 2022 Play-In Round 2 Results

The Worlds 2022 Play-In Round 2 occurs on 3rd and 4th October, featuring six teams in a single round-robin format. All matches in the Play-In: Round 2 are played as a BO5. The winning team from each Final advances to the Worlds 2022 Group Stage. The remaining teams will be eliminated.

LoL Worlds 2022 Group Stage Results

The Worlds 2022 Group Stage runs from 7th to 10th October and 13th to 16th October. It will comprise sixteen teams: four winning teams from the Play-In Stage and twelve teams with direct invites from the various League of Legends regions.

These teams will be stratified into four groups and compete in a double round-robin format; all matches will be played as a BO1. The teams placing 1st and 2nd in each group will advance to the final stage of Worlds 2022, the Knockout Stage. The remaining teams will be eliminated.

LoL Worlds 2022 Knockout Stage Results

The Worlds 2022 Knockout Stage runs from 20th to 23rd October, 29th to 30th October, and 5th November. This will be the deciding stage, determining the League of Legends Worlds 2022 champions and the team going home with the prestigious Summoner's Cup. All matches will be played as BO5, featuring a single elimination bracket format.
